Cashback & Loyalty Terms

Important Legal Notice: Cashback earned through the Clothesi Loyalty Program has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. It is strictly a promotional discount credit applicable only towards future purchases at Clothesi.

1. Program Overview

The Clothesi Cashback and Loyalty Program is designed to reward our returning customers. By creating an account and participating in the program, you agree to these terms.

2. Earning Cashback and Tiers

Cashback is earned as a percentage of your total purchase amount. Your earning percentage is determined by your Lifetime Spend Tier:

Bronze Tier: Entry level. Earns the base cashback percentage.
Silver Tier: Achieved after a specific lifetime spend threshold. Earns a higher cashback percentage.
Gold Tier: Our highest tier. Earns the maximum cashback percentage.

Tier thresholds and exact cashback percentages are subject to change and are dynamically displayed in your digital wallet.

3. Expiry and Forfeiture

Cashback balances are not permanent. All earned cashback expires strictly 30 days from the date of the transaction unless otherwise explicitly stated during a special promotion.

Clothesi reserves the right to:

Terminate a user's wallet or account for fraudulent activity.
Modify the cashback percentages, tier thresholds, or minimum redemption amounts at any time without prior notice.
Expire unused balances after the 30-day window. Once expired, cashback cannot be reinstated.

4. Redemption

Cashback can be redeemed by scanning your digital wallet barcode at the checkout counter in our Srinagar store. A minimum redemption amount may apply as configured by the store management.

5. Program Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or restrict the Loyalty Program or any aspects of it at any time, without prior notice. In the event of program termination, all unredeemed cashback balances will be forfeited.
