Return & Exchange Policy

At Clothesi, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase. Goods once sold cannot be returned back for a refund. We only offer exchanges under strict conditions.
2. No Refunds
We do not issue monetary refunds to original payment methods or bank accounts under any circumstances once a product has been sold.
3. 7-Day Exchange Window
We offer an exchange for items within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original physical or digital invoice.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are strictly excluded from our exchange policy:
- Discounted or Sale Items: No exchange on any items purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount.
- Undergarments: For hygiene reasons, undergarments and innerwear cannot be exchanged.
- Custom or Altered Garments: Any garment that has been tailored or altered to your specifications.
5. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please visit our physical store at DB Tower, Bemina, Srinagar with the item and your invoice. Our staff will inspect the item. If approved, you may exchange it for an item of equal or greater value (paying the difference). If the new item is of lesser value, the difference will not be refunded.
For online orders shipped to you, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
