1. In-Store Pickup

Clothesi operates primarily from our physical atelier. Customers are welcome and encouraged to visit our store located at Ground Floor, DB Tower, Main Road Bemina, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir 190018 to purchase and pick up items directly. There are no fees associated with in-store purchases and pickups.

2. Shipping and Delivery

For online orders or requests for home delivery, shipping services are available. Please note the following:

• Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are applicable on all shipped orders. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout or communicated to you by our staff prior to dispatch, depending on your location and the weight of the package.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1-3 business days.
• Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times vary by location. Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or regional logistical challenges in Jammu & Kashmir or beyond are outside of our control.

3. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging our garments. However, if a package is lost in transit or arrives severely damaged, please contact us immediately at support@clothesi.in with your invoice number and photographic evidence, so we may raise an issue with our shipping partner.
