Referral Program Terms

1. How the Program Works

The Clothesi "Refer & Earn" program allows registered users ("Referrers") to earn promotional cashback bonuses by referring friends ("Referees") to sign up and make a purchase at Clothesi.

2. Reward Conditions

A referral is considered successful, and the reward is unlocked, strictly under the following conditions:

• The Referee must sign up using the Referrer's unique custom URL (e.g., /sign-up?ref=CODE).
• The Referee must make their first valid purchase at Clothesi (in-store or online).
• The purchase must not be returned or entirely refunded.

Once the Referee completes their first purchase, a flat bonus of ₹50 will be credited to the Referrer's cashback balance.

3. Reward Nature and Expiry

Referral bonuses are subject to the same terms as standard cashback. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and will expire 30 days from the date they are credited to the wallet.

4. Fair Use and Fraud

Self-referrals, creating multiple fake accounts, or exploiting the referral system in any fraudulent manner is strictly prohibited. If we detect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to:

• Revoke all pending and rewarded referral bonuses.
• Permanently suspend the offending user's wallet and account.

5. Modifications

Clothesi reserves the right to change the referral reward amount, alter the conditions for a successful referral, or terminate the referral program entirely at any time without prior notice.
